This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve a quarter beef share for the 2026 season.
Quarter beef shares use a standard cut sheet and cannot be customized.
If you’d like a quarter but want to choose your own cuts, you can split a half beef with a friend and select the same cuts. This gives you a custom quarter with more flexibility.

A $25–$50 delivery fee applies outside Cumberland, depending on distance
